For providers

1. Free profile. Verified providers are listed without charge. We research from your official pages; you do not need to supply anything for a basic listing, and missing details such as tuition or accommodation never remove a listing.
2. Claim your profile. Claim a profile to send updates. Claims are verified through your official contact details; a claim never edits a profile directly, and changes are checked against sources.
3. Enhanced listings and sponsorship. Optional, labelled Sponsored, and separate from verification. See advertise and the sponsorship disclosure.
4. Information requests. Visitors can ask you a question only with their consent, and only after our review. For junior programs the request must come from a parent or guardian.

• Basic factual listings are free. A provider does not need to pay to be listed.
• Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored.
• Sponsorship is separate from research verification, professional recognition, club-relationship labels and editorial selection. None of these can be bought.
• Sponsorship does not change the alphabetical or editorial order of any list.
• We do not promise inquiries, enrolments, scouting exposure, trials, scholarships or careers, and we do not quote audience figures we have not measured.

We do not send unsolicited outreach to providers. A club relationship label (operated by the club, officially licensed, official partner, independent, not confirmed) is set only by evidence on official pages. If you run a licensed or partner program, send us the official page that documents the relationship.
